Redbox Adds Black Culture, Classic Wrestling Channels to FAST Lineup

 Redbox, a Chicken Soup for the Soul Entertainment company, on Nov. 15 announced it is adding two new FAST channels to its Free Live TV service. Mansa Mix, which is focused on Black culture and entertainment, and Ultimate Classic Wrestling, featuring classic wrestling matches, will begin streaming for free later this week through the Redbox app, available on Samsung and Vizio TVs, Roku, and many other devices.

Redbox’s Free Live TV streaming service features nearly 180 channels of entertainment that can be viewed for free 24 hours a day. Consumers can stream movies and classic game shows such as “The Price is Right with Bob Barker,” talk shows on Nosey such as “Jerry Springer” and “Maury,” and reality shows, such as “COPS” and “Jail”.

“Mansa Mix and Ultimate Classic Wrestling offer a great range of content we know our viewers will enjoy,” said Thanasis Tsiris, VP of content acquisitions at Chicken Soup for the Soul Entertainment. “We will be adding even more premium channels to our lineup in the future.”

Mansa is a free, ad-supported streaming platform dedicated to celebrating and amplifying global Black culture. Co-founded by Golden Globe winner David Oyelowo, Mansa offers a curated selection of films, TV shows, and FAST channels that showcase Black narratives from around the world.

The Ultimate Classic Wrestling FAST channel features classic professional wrestling from the famous Savoldi Family Wrestling Library. Viewers have access to a massive assortment of classic wrestling television, live events, and specials from the 1950s through today. The expansive streaming library is curated by the Savoldi Family and Savmar Media, and brings the biggest bouts and lost gems from ICW, IWCCW, AWA, Global Wrestling Federation, the AWF, IWA Puerto Rico, WWC, WCCW, USWA, Championship Wrestling from Florida, all-eras of the National Wrestling Alliance, and more. The Savoldi Family Library is the largest independently owned library of wrestling in the world.
