Princess Emmy: The Movie

Multiplatform media company Shout! Factory has signed a deal with international sales agency Studio 100 Film to distribute the new animated feature Princess Emmy: The Movie in the United States and Canada.
The film tells the story of a princess with the ability to speak to horses who must undergo a test to keep her special gift. The cast includes Ruby Barnhill, Bella Ramsey, Franka Potente and John Hannah.
Shout! Factory has secured all North American distribution rights to the film, including digital, video-on-demand, home entertainment, theatrical and broadcast rights. The company will release the film through its Shout! Factory Kids imprint, according to Melissa Boag, SVP of kids and family entertainment at Shout! Factory.
“Together we successfully brought iconic character Maya the Bee to the North American territories and we are convinced that our little princess will win over her audiences as well,” said Thorsten Wegener, director of operations at Studio 100 Film.
